Federal Judge Sides With Trump, Allows More Time to File Motions

Our two-tiered DOJ is a joke. Our system of government (Constitutional Republic) derives its sense of legitimacy from respect for the rule of law and equal application of the law to all persons regardless of their race, gender, religion, wealth, social status, political affiliation, etc. Sadly, that is no longer the case. The whole world sees it and it diminishes our international reputation and completely undermines our ability to influence others to follow our lead. At the same time, our enemies take note of the hypocrisy and it simply emboldens them to rattle their sabers and take advantage of our inherent weakness (i.e., they threaten to expose our corrupt/compromised public officials or buy them off, whichever works best to their advantage.)

Good news for Trump. I'll bet Smith is seething.
