This is the Crockett State School and was a Texas Youth Commission juvenile correctional facility in Crockett, Texas and closed in 2011 due to budget cuts. Reopened in 2014 as the Davy Crockett Regional Juvenile Center.

There is no such thing as FEMA Camps.
