Thanks for sharing letting us know LTC Ivan Raiklin, Esq.. At first I thought this was focused on the US Army IOBC which I completed in 1980 and the I realized this is focused on USMC 13-week Marine Corps infantry officers' course.
In keeping with policy her name has not been released.
As a member of the USMA, West point Class of 1980 which was the first to include women, I know it is important for female officers to have other female officers to build friendships and discuss issues of importance. Hopefully she will complete the training and be assigned somewhere with at least one other woman LT.

Go girl go! Everyone said the 4 minute mile could never be broken. It was, by one person, now it is the norm. Man can never travel faster than a galloping horse. Man can never travel faster than the speed of sound. All I have to say is: "Man who says it cannot be done should not stand in way of man doing it."
