LTC Greg Henning Chaplain Carroll was a Riot, Funny, Funny Guy. He had a "Lazy Eye" so it was always disconcerting looking at him one eye looking at you and one pointed somewhere else. He was Sneaky, Subtle and Smart. Volunteered Me More than Once for One of His Projects. Since His Office and the Chapel/Library was next to Our Berthing if He wasn't "In" he was Hanging with Us.
