If it wasn't for immigration, the food wouldn't have a variety to it, I'm of German blood and I still like a variation in my diet.

If there is a way to break open the conservative mind on immigration it's probably through food. Lets face it, food has dramatically changed the face of America. How many Vietnamese or Thai restaurants were around in the 60s?. Would pizza be one of the most popular foods if Italians hadn't immigrated to the US? Just saw an article on fact that Middle Eastern food is becoming "trendy". Lets face it, if food is the way to a man's mind, it should certainly work on conservatives.
