For those interested in travel to Europe and wondering what may be out there. It is alot easier to get a hop back... than it usually is to get one going to Europe within the timeline of your vacation. These are one way rates out of NYC on Norwegian... lowest fare means no food and you pay for checked bags.... But if you understand that... and that you can get really good flight deals in Europe (unlike in the US where competition is ineffective). Some great bargains in FEB and March for those interested in Ireland, Scotland, or Norway. To hop back - you only have to get to Ramstein or several other USAF or USN bases that fly back.

Looks like currently a lot of hops going from McGuire/Dix to Ramstein (for this month - February). Safe to say weekly, in some cases several times a day!

Always something out of MxGuire or Dover and one should also check Norfolk as well.... however, the cost to get to there for folks like me in Florida.. is almost the same as the Norwegian ticket..... if I am going out of Orlando.. The hard part of overseas travel... is the ticket in the US to get to somewhere to get out! We have usually 2 flights from MacDill over to the UK each month as well..

Might as well sign up for their frequent flyer points... I have used them twice last year and will use them in March this year.
