The Russians tend to use more explosive power because their missiles are not as accurate as ours are. However, one has to question the use of such a large warhead or if it was fully tested as to the ramifications. At some point your going to rip through the Earths crust. Not sure if this missile is near that in explosive power but I think a detonation of just one or two of these would have a very negative impact on the host country (Russia). Which makes you wonder why they even field it.
