Truly, we are playing whack-a-mole. I helped train several battalions in many countries in Africa. In most cases the overt mission was peacekeeping, but the peacekeeping was always necessitated by Islamic aggression; Jan-Jaweed, Boko-Haram, Al-Shabob, it never ends. The tactical chess game will not solve the problem.

Good afternoon LTC,
"Like all propaganda, official Islamic State media that has been proliferated online to support its campaign glorifies the group’s supposed successes and omits information about many of the serious setbacks the group has encountered. This has enabled the Islamic State to engineer an image of strength and durability, and therefore worthiness of support—"
"He also railed against the corrupting effects of fitna, or internal fighting, which he described as a tool that is empowering the so-called enemies of Islam to thwart the Islamic State’s efforts to restore a caliphate."
I propose, Muhammad's orders are being followed by both sections of Islam. Shia and Sunni. In this Sunni section known as ISIS and the other team AQ, are the forward units the Mosques and Madrasses across the globe are sending to. Why?
Because, Islam is at war with the world. When someone writes ISIS, or AQ is extreme Islam, they are misleading the reader. ISIS and AQ, as well as other lesser known groups across the globe are those willing to carry the physical fight. Yet, they are supported by the Ummah. Even those within the Ummah who are peaceful have no choice but to support.
Now, if we are to win, we have to control the narrative. We have to start with the following: The second half of Muhammad's life is one of a warlord. Anyone supporting this part of Islam is an enemy of the world and will be taken down in many forms. Fines, deprtations, loss of property and jail...
Have a great day Sir.
