The hearing summed up by saying that these world's most powerful companies are monopolies and antitrust laws need to work in the digital age. Monopolists before were Rockefeller and Carnegie when antitrust laws were written. "The names have changed, the stories are the same." They have the power to crush the little guys and expand their own powers.
