The flag was standing tall and waving proudly!!! But it in should have been at half staff... and I think the American flag was on the wrong side of the Canadian one...

Mike & June Operate the Post I think Mike is the Commander and Danny is a retired Marine Volunteer Pete is a Consoler , The Staff doing the ceremony I believe came in from the American Legion ... They will answer your question better than I can.

I got the answer to you question Pete. We started the ceremony with no flag on the pole at all which if there would have been it would been at half mast till noon then it would have gotten raised up. But we started the ceremony at 1:00pm and used a new flag ...since it was after noon it went to full mast. Had to find out myself ...I like to stay updated ...
