This topic hits too close to home for me. I live in lee county Florida My home has access to the gulf and the red tide is so horrible. When the army corp of engineers release the chemical filled waters from lake O into the Calossahatchee they cause these blooms and kill tons of fish. This is such a beautiful place to live i hope we find another way to release water from lake O or at least mitigate the chemicals from agriculture in central Florida.
