What words do these legislators not understand? ...the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed. Perhaps this legislator failed High School English and does not know what the word "Infringed" means.

That's all my firearms....! And I always carry at least 2 extra mags for whatever I am carrying and it is usually 2.

Alan K. - That sounds like a disaster waiting to happen. I'd rather carry a live grenade or a live weasel in my pocket than a .357 Derringer.

SSgt Christopher Brose - Actually not as bad as you would think, helps if you have big hands. It is very high quality. If you can handle a .50 Magnum, you can handle this.

Alan K. - Perhaps the safety features on Derringers have improved without my knowledge, but I'm only mildly concerned about control while firing it. I'd be far more concerned with the thing unintentionally firing while it's still in my pocket.

If someone gets pulled over for failure to stop at a stop sign and the cop finds a couple of 100rd mags in and an unmodified AK his trunk - does that mean he is in violation of the law down there??

It's still just a House Bill at this point, from what I understand.

A stop sign is not a criminal violation in Florida. But if get stopped a find out your license is suspended for Insurance problems (happens a lot in Fla) you could go to jail for a Felony! This is a carzy bill with many unforeseen consequences..
