For Fertility Treatment, Wounded Veterans Have To Pay The Bill

Did anyone hear this on NPR's All things Considered last night? Should the VA pay for IVF treatment for Service Connected Vets, who suffered an injury that makes it difficult or impossible to conceive a child without IVF? Should US Senators block funding for IVF treatment through the VA for disabled Vets on the basis of the US Senator's religious or moral beliefs? What about providing contraception or abortion services to vets through VA Care?
