If the FBI agents are subpoenaed, their legal expenses are covered by the government. But if they speak as whistleblowers, their legal expenses will likely bankrupt them, as there WILL be vigorus retaliation. The various federal employee unions which control the workers don't care about the Veterans' treatment. They only care about their union's power.
