The pilot counts 1 enemy KIA, the JTAC in the TOC watching the video feed counts 1 KIA, the GOI forces on the ground counts 1 KIA after they do a dead check. 3 separate reports on the same incident are then aggregated by S2 (well the time event occurred is slightly different, must be separate incidents) and that is how you get the enemy body count!

We killed more than there was there- is that logical and is that common core math being used?

Where in the hell were these leaders' comments when the had CENTCOM? They sure in the hell weren't telling POTUS the real deal. They were making shit up so that they sounded good. “I’ve talked to some U.S. generals who are really frustrated—they could be in Raqqa in a week, Zinni says." I've said the same thing but I am only a retired SGM. The ones that should have been saying this didn't/don't have the intestinal fortitude (was gonna say balls) to tell the man what the real deal is. Chickenshit politician generals is what they are. Now my son has to put his ass on the line because we let ISIS happen.

I always figured Matias did tell the POTUS the real deal with Afghanistan... and why he departed early from CENTCOM command. Zinni was way back - and sure wish he was the lead these days - as much as I do like GEN Vogel.
