We need a solution for the insider threat. This is not keeping our country safe. The old spies used to put classified in a sea or duffle bag. That is very small compared to what is happening via electronic classified.

They should be able to "track" files the person accessed, as well if they copied it to another device!!
This is absolutely unforgivable!
Talk about a DEATH SENTENCE material!!!!!
