Former U.S. Commander: ISIS 'Is Not Defeated'

So as a former advisor in Iraq and having seen the Iraqi Army in action I will say that I think you can advise and assist for years and they will still run when we are gone. Look how long the MITT, teams and other variants assisted them. Then after we left ISIS routed these guys! Most were their for a pay check or what they could steal.
