SGT David A. 'Cowboy' Groth - To be technically correct it would be blunt force trauma, but then with that speed it could be labeled differently.
Now if the powder was reduced greatly then it could be definitely blunt force.
All due to the lead needing time to soak into and cause damage, which is way past the point of still being alive.

I'm putting a lot of thought into it, honest.

When any person goes on a hunger strike I think it should be obvious that a very serious point is trying to be made.
Like why the _ _ _ K is his heart still beating!
I'm not one to wish death or harmful things on normal people.
But this was on a Military installation, with the intent to kill, maim and or to inflict as much harm as possible.
Let's see?
Go to Court.
Have a fair Trial.
Next stop 6 Feet under.
This overly tolerant pissing on your own leg attitude will never work when dealing with individuals of a group that is very willing to lie and twist to reach the end means of harming our citizens or others.
