Cannot replace US law with Sharia law. There are Jewish courts in the US but they only decide religious issues not civil ones.

However, you are supposed to get a civil divorce as well as a Jewish one A1C Doug Towsley . As for the rest, both parties have to agree to use the religious court as it actually has no legal standing. I can imagine Native Americans have their own systems as they are essentially anation within our nation by treaty, I think
