OCONUS is even slower than CONUS?

I check the web sites and Facebook pages for local military hospitals on a daily basis. They are still in tier 1C for vaccinating elderly, high risk and essential personnel. Active duty and drilling reservists not deploying soon are still in a waiting status for their shot.

Clearly we need to get more vaccine to our overseas medical facilities. And since a number of military have decided not to get the vaccine, how about making it available to dependents

1/3 of service members have declined the opportunity to get vaccinated. Seems once the FDA give a vaccine its blessing curious if making it mandatory will speed things up in doing mass rolling ordered vaccinations.

Unless I am not understanding your note, the FDA has not approved any of the vaccines, they are all under EUA. If I misunderstood and we are saying the same thing, my apologies.

Correct, DoD is considering making the vaccine mandatory once it does gets FDA approval. My thought was that this could possible help in getting service members vaccinated due to military efficiency - I know oxymoron in using military and efficiency in the same sentence.
