Funding for New Space Force Headquarters in 2020 Budget Request

It is my strong belief that it is time for a Space Force! Why, you ask? Well, it is quite simple... Man has been touching space since before the '60's and at this point, there are multiple Countries/Nations who have penetrated space with numerous satellites...Some, like the United States have already spawned a multiplicity of projects to the Moon, Mars, Saturn and its moon Titan, and a whole host of others! So to has Russia, Japan, China and others... We are not that far off from bases on the Moon, first, then on Mars... Some Nation has to lead or be cast off to follow. Space technology will accelerate in the coming decades an"Own", I mean in charge of, and whoever "owns" will basically "Own" the Earth... We shall either be part of the solution or we become part of the problem... It is obvious that we need to be part of the solution, not the problem... My general thoughts about space in a short post... My thanks to you for reading it.

Considering it is primarily Air Force, suspect Colorado, then California or Florida for one of the locations. With US Space Command already at Peterson, would make sense to have co-located or build-up further east of there, but that would make sense...Right? Easy access to a shared landing strip with an International Airport in the Springs. An Army Division (4th ID at Carson less than 15 minutes away) co-located for added security. More Protection north from Buckley if needed via the Air. Communications already exist from every angle, just makes sense with plenty of farmland to the east to buy-off if needed... At least there used to be!
