Would not surprise me a bit to find sabotage was the cause.

Vista outdoors own federal, blazer, cci, speer etc. they have plants in lewiston idaho and anoka mn. THEY make a ton of civilian ammo. THey were part of atk then they were spun off when atk combined with orbital and became orbital atk and the civilian side became vista outdoors. I think lake city was still run by odbital atk under contract for the gov but not sure.
