Whatever is needed the budget should go thru so more modern equipment is available, and Warhorses like the Warthog can stay active.

And modernizing means keeping the A-10 Warthog in service. No playing a favorite to keep the B-52 going for 40 years when you can also do the same thing for the warthog.
