I'm surprised that they don't mention the fact that in the "gangster position" the wrist is limp and the gun is moving more with each shot (as evidenced in the performance of the 2nd shooter). Also, with some automatics, the recoil may be be sufficient to eject and chamber the next round properly if the wrist is limp
