General: Army struggles to meet goal of 80,000 recruits

Hmm. If we are having trouble recruiting how is president elect Donald Trump going to fix this issue?

My perspective on this ongoing issue. We the few who choose to serve in the Armed Forces volunteered. Today's society has a changed the Military is slowly adapting, slowly. This however is not enticing people to serve. I have seen this throughout my career it needs to change. Forget the politics the opportunity is here it needs to be presented in a different manner. Marketing and advertising needs a revamp. As a former Recruiter of some of the worst marketing campaigns I can tell you it matters.
