Forget innocent until proven guilty. This officer is finished. He'll get his twenty and retire. Sad, he probably was a very able officer. Funny thing is that the two full time officers under him were left in place. They had more direct control of the situation than the Colonel did. Suspicious, very suspicious.

Scratching head here! What about his superiors what did they do? Did they know? Did anyone bother to tell them? What ever happened to the chain of command?
