German Navy's new state-of-the-art warship sails into tech trouble

High tech equates to high maintenance, no matter what country.

List to the left side, gee maybe they will have to pile some heavy stuff on the right side to balance it, hope it doesn't sink. High tech ,huh ? well not that high if it doesn't work. So how many hours of maintenance are needed to keep this fancy tub from either sinking or being a useless floating island ? Was that made by the low bidder ? The costs may go up.

My understanding is that the ship
has a distinct and noticeable lust as well. Someone blew the COG calculations as well.
