Have been to a past GG Festival and have friends that volunteer there - lots of great garlic dishes - just about the only thing we didn’t try was the garlic ice cream. The garlic can be smelled for miles away from Gilroy. Then there is the Castroville artichoke festival - Marilyn Monroe was the artichoke queen back in ‘48.

From everything I read the response of the police was in the highest standards of law enforcement. Taking down the shooter in less than a minute saved a lot of lives.
