This story is completely made up, although the subject matter may not be.
Giuliani isn't "prepared to testify" on any damn thing. He is the President's lawyer, and is not under subpoena, nor is there any hearing going on at the moment, nor is Nunes' activities or plans at issue with anything ongoing. This is smoke, put out by most likely Schiff.
HOWEVER, it is entirely possible that Rep Nunes may have planned a trip to talk to these Ukrainian folks and then pulled the plug over concerns about optics.
But it didn't happen, so whatever.

Maybe I misunderstood. I thought it didn't say Giuliani was ready to testify, but that an associate was ready to testify
