Wrap your heads around this my brothers and sisters in arms.
I hate that it has taken this long to start action, but at least something is getting done.
My question is did the hospital director try to get funding and the Department of VA just did not give them what they asked for, is this guy simply someone who tries to sweep stuff under the rugs.

Interesting SGT Michael Thorin. At first I was thinking of four-star generals of whom I know many and then I realized this was major failure at a Boston area VA facility.

I do to, LTC Stephen F.. I'm afraid that whoever they find to take the fall may very well uninvolved with the situation.
Still though, if you let it keep happening, then you are just as guilty of committing the crime.

A lot of reason why I don't trust the VA. Thanks for sharing SGT Michael Thorin. And yes, at least it's in motion.

3 star to 4 star reads like increased revenue from Medicare. So, a better rating means more money. Who gave the rating? See what revenue increased in the first 3 months and who got bonuses. There, you will find the problem.
My guess, it is a civilain puke that is feathering their nest and could care less about what they view as little more than cattle. A fixed income.
Get rid of the civilians. The VA needs to be taken over by the military and then the Senior enlisted can turn the screws and throw some into the Brig for 3 days with bread and water while paperwork is done.
My 2 cents.
