We had the honor of having Joe Galloway as our keynote speaker for our 2008 Silver Spur reunion. He will return to be our speaker once again in April 2010. Joe is a true friend of all military veterans and those who serve our beloved nation today...

Thanks SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL for sharing some more pictures by Joe Galloway.
Some of those Helicopter pilots and crews were God's own. I know that SGT (Join to see) is one of God's own and some friends of mine who are not on RallyPoint put their trust in God long ago.
Others tended to think along the lines that God was their copilot which is clear indication they did not know God at all sine He is nobodies co-pilot.
In any event the soldiers and marines who were supported and/or extracted by these crews were and are very thankful for each every pilot and crew member.

Loved it, so True the Sound will never Leave my Brain. Living on Out skirts of Ft Campbell the Sound of Helicopters is Normal and I pay little attrition to it. Except when a Huie comes over. I spot what I'm doing and Look UP. Cant Help it

Outstanding even to this day when I hear the helicopter it brings me right back to when I used to hear those blades coming in to help us thanks for sharing
