GOP Chairman Who Targeted Clinton in No Rush on Trump

this is interesting interview and Puzzling Video...
Clinton has a long History of criminal conduct and needs to answer for her past and the violations of protocol and breaches in Security... and failing on her 3 AM call...
But I am sure she will get her pardon on the 19th of January...
Trump on the other hand has not violated any security regulations and Damn sure has no Blood ion his hands but again time will tell and if there was any thing criminal worth prosecuting it would have been don by now...
but here again time will tell...

And the rush in on Trump would be for what reason? granted he's had lawsuits etc. but the American people have spoken. Nobody jumped on Obama when he couldn't find his birth certificate for the first four or five years and then all of a sudden it came up as African-American we all know back at that time they were not called African-Americans. They were labeled during his time of birth either black or Negro who change that when he was born is that the new labeling during his time of birth that we didn't know about

So I am trying to understand your point.

Do you want Mr. Chaffetz to investigate if Mr. Trump violated government ethics while he was NOT part of the government?

Wasn't Mr. Chaffetz investigating Secretary Clinton's actions while she WAS part of the government, or as after the fact completion of alleged Quid Pro Quo agreements from when she WAS part of the government?

I guess it is hard for me to understand that "was" is evidently the same as "was not" nowadays. Please explain the similarities so I can better understand.
