Now THIS is a GREAT idea, developed by a PRIVATE citizen. If the Gov't would stay the HELL out of our business the market will develop the means to "Police" themselves!!!

You will NEVER get the Gov't out of the peoples business - it is all about CONTROL - they want to control EVERY ASPECT of your life; what you eat; what you say; what you think; what you drive; what you wear; where you live, etc.. That is all that this is; CONTROL. It has nothing to do with the well being of the individual or the people as a collective - EVERYTHING our Gov't does is about controlling the masses; nothing more, nothing less!

If we are talking about restricting a persons constitutional right; I have to ask where is the due process in this?

No restrictions because this isn't barring someone from buying, but might have the seller take a second look at the person if they are on the list.
And I whole heartily agree with you on the "due process" issue that a some people are ignoring in trying to implement the idiotic "No-Fly, No-Buy" policy
