After an apparent hourslong standoff between police and a gunman, three women were found dead Friday night at the Veterans Home of California in Yountville, authorities said.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel Such a sad story!! When I heard where they were at, my first thought was it had to be a veteran! Let's hope it doesn't turn out to be another veteran not getting the care he needed.
