LTC (Join to see) - We Always have "Tools". You will Never hear about them. Not Always Great, Not Near as Effective as a Thermal Grenade like we have on some of our Land Units close to Unfriendlies but I'm Sure Most Everything was Zeroized, Degauzed, Bashed And Sunk as Effectively as they Could in the Limited Time they Had. Not CTs First Dance, Look at the Memorial Wall at NSA count the CTs, Remember the Pueblo, Remember the Liberty. Respectfully "Senior Spook on the Pier" Bremerton. Whats in Our Hands Might Make More Sense Now. The Bag CTA1 is Holding is Weighted. I Spent Several Weeks getting Rid of the Classified Gear from NSG Philippines that was removed to Our Ship during Fiery Vigil, I had a Blast Degauzing and Destroying a 2 Million Dollar Disk Drive.

I remember this so well. I also have some not-so-fond memories of Hainan Tao, mine from Typhoon Rose in 1971.

I'm just wondering if all of the information listed on the Wikipedia story is accurate. It's amazing that that P3 Orion didn't crash. It's too bad that they were able to verify that that aircraft could track the people Liberation Army Navy Subs. This was a definite intelligence motherlode for the Chinese, Russians and North Koreans. Even with what was destroyed, they had our tactics, techniques and procedure manuals. I'm wondering if this P3 Orion was just as detrimental as the Walker spy case was.
