What exactly is diversity any way? Is it a carefully selected mixture of races? Is it covering a variety of religions? Is attracting at least a dozen different sexual orientations and gender identities?
Most of the major universities, colleges and ivy leagues have something very much in common despite there claim to diversity or attempting to attract diversity. The tenured professors and six figure pay staff members have a very far left point of view and consistently vote democrat in elections or even for the socialist where given the option. Polls have shown this to be true with well over 90% of the tenured staff. Staff with contrarian opinions who don't tow the line must fly under the radar or may never see that tenure at all.
If you have a staff representing a cross section of races and religions with a dozen sexual orientations and gender identities but they all have exactly the same far left political point of view isn't the single most important aspect of diversity representation completely missing?
