Her boyfriend killed her son but she went to jail

Yeah I hear you but see it from the point of view of the state who must protect the defenseless she had suspicions but didn’t act Kept hoping they weren’t true. The state places a lot of responsibility on parents to ensure their kids well being. First degree is definitely excessive in my opinion to even have breen considered. Negligence manslaughter maybe.
