CSM Charles Hayden Whatever they paid for the SM-3 Block 2 and SM-3 Block 3 while I served was too much. The Reliability wasn't that Impressive. I Witnessed 1 Self Destruct and 2 Return to Senders, Last One was Uncomfortably Close to Me.
