North Korea got a leg up on missile technology from the Eastern European Black Market...say it ain't so. Hahaha! That's not much of a revelation unless any evidence can be linked to someone associated with the actual government whether it's Russia, Ukraine, etc.

Great article. But I would also like to say...We showed them with all those sanctions. It really impacted their nuclear and missile ambitions....

Sounds plausible. I once read of an American who arranged to purchase an advanced MIG fighter for a few thousand American dollars. Times are hard. There's lots of military hardware laying around to barter with. I'm sure a rocket or two (or vital rocket components) would be easy to come by for a song.
