I don't know that it should have much impact, there is a lot more to people than just looks and other things a lot more important. I'm more interested in someones qualifications and ability to got along with and work as part of a team. As to me, looks ? Well I'm behind this face, i don't have to look at it and if anyone else has a problem with it, its their problem, not mine. LOL
