COL Otto Padron. Good article, the compamy I worked for afer retirement did pick some senior NCO's as supervisors. But mechanical and electrical types went into maintenance as a rule. But the company hired a ton of vets and there was no discrimination for prior service benefits.

My one complaint about this article is the misnomer of “Master Sergeant”. Should have included E-7 as well. Navy/Coast Guard CPOs, Marine Gunnery Sergeants, Air Force Master Sergeants, and Army Sergeants First Class are also members of the Top Three grades of the SNCO population.
Otherwise, it was a great post.
