A new Navy SEAL drama, called “SIX” will tell the story of the Navy’s elite, at home and at war.
The History Channel’s new eight-episode Navy SEAL Drama, “SIX” focuses on the legendary unit SEAL Team Six, and will be filmed in Wilmington, North Carolina, a studio spokesman announced on Jan. 6, reports Star News online

No offense to anyone, but NO. I won't watch it, not because the Team did anything wrong, but I look at Operators as "Silent Professionals". I know that's a Green Beret thing, but to me it applies across the board. The last movie to use SEAL Team members in it was great if all you wanted to see was explosions, more explosions, saving the hot chick from certain death, more explosions, and dramatic firefights with more explosions. Sometimes folks don't need to see your "human" side or your "operational" side. All they NEED to do is know that when called, you do your job and you're damn good at it. This will become History channels "The Unit".

SSG Warren Swan You didn't like The Unit, Warren? I did. Sure, it may or may not have reflected reality, (which, to be fair, was probably never the goal, but rather simple entertainment), but I liked it.
