I've been to Dachau in Germany in the 1990s, the place is just eerie even after decades have passed since anything happened there. When you walk through the dormitory areas and also the "showers" where the prisoners were terminated you get chills up your spine.
The place literally still smells like death... no one can argue legitimately that the Holocaust did not happen, with any credibility. They're on the wrong side of history & just want to make things up to suit their own worldviews.

Only dick heads like David Duke types and sick Iranians believe the Holocaust did not happen.
David Duke went to Iran to go speak at an anti Holocaust Convention held by the Sick Iranians. Eisenhower warns correctly that he wanted the document this so no sick SOB would call him a liar 50 years from now.

How did anyone get the impression that AOC wants to confront or deal with facts? AOC’s perspective is based on her “twisted ideology”, certainly not from history, truth, common sense nor facts.

I agree with you. I don't know how the heck she graduated from college with no basic economics background and now showing that she is an ignorant historical background person as well. I don't think she's the type of person that could admit that she made a mistake. True leaders acknowledge they are wrong and work or strive to not make the same mistakes again.

The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas (1982) - Sidestep Scene (8/10) | Movieclips
The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas - Sidestep: The Governor (Charles Durning) makes his position clearly unclear. BUY THE MOVIE: https://www.fandangonow.com...
Agreed...as to "true leaders," however, for many politicians (and others in positions of authority) it's simply easier to "Sidestep" i.e., misspeak, shade/reinvent/make up facts (real, imagined and or wished for), fail to recollect, flip flop, deny, accuse, misrepresent, play the victim, make someone a victim, shake, bake, plead the 5th, tell everyone to have a nice day, repeat ad nauseam - and not look back! (w/apologies if I omitted something).

Props to Polish MP Tarcynski Dominik for extending the invitation for a history lesson.
Nothing wrong with a political/point of view battle royale within the USA and elsewhere.
For sure there are plenty of opinions (right, wrong, good, bad, well-intentioned and otherwise) as to what is happening on the US border as well as a myriad of options to do what’s best (and there is wide interpretation as to what “best” is); however, the only persons that I want to tell me about a place being a "concentration camp" are the few remaining survivors. Words matter.
I seem to recall hearing an interviewer ask Jerry Seinfeld how his show was able to literally “get away” with making light of tricky subject matter and believe he responded words to the effect: “we chose our words with precision.”
