Been onboard for 2 yrs. Am very familiar with the program. What is interesting is that with nearly 9 M vets in the VA system, why has it been so hard to reach 1M vets to be part of this effort? Would seem simple.

Thoughts!

Just an HMC (SW/AW) asking the question......................

CPO Nate S., I think it's difficult to reach 1 million Vets because there are only a few locations where you can complete registration, since you have to provide a blood sample. Just my thoughts.

LTC Jason Strickland - Frankly, the questionnaire could be completed online. Wanna to give some retired military medics and corpsman a PT job, just ask them to be part of something new I call MVP Mobile and train them. Those that are tech savvy, more than you think, could get 2.5 M vets in a micro-second with the proper operational community-based plan. As an ole Navy Operational Chief Hospital Corpsman if marketed right the VA could have and sustain the MVP for both long- and short-range genetic studies for impact.

Just saying.....................................
