Absolutely! I'm a nurse I try to talk everyone into it too. You can save more lives than you know and effect many more!

There should be a clause that surviving family gets money from the profit of such an expensive surgery

We don't buy/sell organs or blood in my neck of the woods, so anyone who needs something can benefit without cost. That's not to say that people don't go traveling to get something faster - and then they DO pay, sometimes in more ways than one.
