Thank you my friend PO1 William "Chip" Nagel AKA Spook for making us aware that LCDR Montel Williams celebrated an anniversary of his birth a few days ago.
Belated happy 63rd birthday Montel Williams.
His career seems to have many parallels with my own.
I enlisted in 1974 after my 18th birthday. In 1975 I received orders to report to United States Military Academy Preparatory School in August and graduated in June 1975 and reported to United States Military Academy on July 3, 1976. I graduated from USMA on the same day that Montel Williams graduated from USNA - May 28, 1980.
