Hahah! Love these guys. This looks as if it is a renewed VA Center. Good to know some are changing. I keep going back and forth about whether or not I want to work at a VA facility or work in the community as a Civilian/Military Family support Social Worker.

SSG Edward Tilton - yeh, unfortunately that seems to be the consensus. Hope things get better for you.

Actually I worked for the VA for ten years, in Pennsylvania and then California. I really appreciated the help I was placed on disability because of PTSD.

SSG Edward Tilton - good to know. It does seem like it can be quite random as to experiences. I'm in the Boston area and have heard nothing but good things about most of them around here - especially the Bedford VA.

The VA has programs, if you fit their mold it's OK, if not it is a waste of time. One of my major stressors is the VA
