Hostage John Cantile reports from Mosul in new ISIL video. Cantlie was kidnapped, with journalist James Foley, in Syria in November 2012. This is the fourth ISIS video to feature Cantlie as a journalist.

With their situation becoming more Precarious, I suspect Daesh will be pulling out all the stops.
