Some here on RP have asked what is meant by "snowflakes" in reference to the Millennial generation. This is as good an explanation as I've yet heard. Not only is it informative, but also it will provide a foundation for discussion and disagreement. I'm looking forward to it.

I love the definition of snowflake. When I was in school, you either succeeded or you failed. I only ever had one class where you got an A solely for showing up.

If by carrying the weight you mean those having emotional meltdowns at the drop of the hat then you are correct, and yes they are pathetic as is those who try to defend them. They need to grow up, learn the world is a place that sucks and drive on instead of whining constantly when they don't get their way.
