It seems to me that there are a lot more pressing issues that Congress SHOULD be concerned with.

They want to continue the fighting, and to appeal to their bases... Dems are under a lot of pressure to something and Repubs are under a lot of pressure to do nothing ..So with so many pressure you could see some explosive discussions as you know.

I hate to say it but we need to start racial profiling in this country. I know it sounds bigoted and racist but if they were 56yr old Norwegians wearing bomb vests or shooting up a mall or birthday party in this country and I had to submit to a search because I fit the profile when I traveled or when I was seen walking down a street I would submit for the safety of us all. We need to quit being so politically correct and tell these individuals that fit a specific profile that you are being detained or searched for the good and safety of us all so get over it!

SFC We speak the same. PC is out of hand. This government has failed to protect us. They are the biggest failure.

Sgt Tom Cunnally Will be interesting to see what transpires. Over the weekend, Fox News reported that they had obtained a memo sent from the leadership of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) that stated the following:
“Rep. Robin Kelly (D-IL) would like CBC members to be present for Floor activities on gun violence when the House returns to session on Tuesday, July 5, 2016,” read the missive. “The plan is to be as disruptive to (House) Speaker (Paul) Ryan (R-WI) as possible next week.”
Seriously ... "The plan is to be as disruptive ... as possible ..." And the Democrats have the audacity to call Republicans "obstructionists".
And, by the way, why isn't the "Congressional Black Caucus" deemed to be a racist organization and outlawed? Can you image the outrage if there was a Congressional White Caucus?
Hypocrites...
